Our role is to manage the appointment bookings at the city care centre. A patient will arrive at the City Care centre for their blood test and our team will print the patients blood forms that are on the system from the GP practice and send the patient to the phlebotomy team.

Any patient registered at a GP surgery in Greater Peterborough can access the City Care Centre Phlebotomy Reception Team.

Appointments are available to patients Monday - Friday (08:00 - 16:30)

(Closed between 12:30-13:00)

(Closed on bank holidays)

Speak to the receptionist at your registered GP surgery, who will be able to book you an appointment. Alternatively, you can call our office on 01733 666670 (option 1) 

There is free, secured parking for the first 30 minutes at the City Care Centre. If you exceed the 30 minutes you will be required to pay £2 (cash only) when exiting the carpark.
