The Eating Disorder Medical Monitoring service supports patients with a mild to moderate eating disorder within the community. The aim of this service is to support patients with an eating disorder closer to home and in their registered practice.

The service is available to patients Monday - Thursday (09:00 - 17:00)
If I book an appointment with the Eating Disorder Service, will they have access to my medical record?
Yes, we will have access to your medical records once we have consent through your GP practice
