We’ve been out and about visiting our member practices, having open and meaningful conversations to better understand what matters most to them and the challenges they are currently facing.

These visits have provided valuable insight into the experiences of practices across our network and have created an important opportunity to strengthen relationships, share more about our organisation and partnership, and discuss how we can continue to support practices effectively.

As part of this engagement work, we have developed a bespoke data pack for each practice. These packs provide useful insight into how practices are currently using our services, helping to identify trends, opportunities, and areas where additional support may be beneficial. We hope these data packs will support meaningful conversations and help practices make the most of the services available to them.

We are currently bringing together the key themes and feedback emerging from these conversations to help shape our future support offer and ensure we continue responding to the real challenges practices face day-to-day.
